Goose Creek Pet Hospital would like to welcome the pets and pet families in Franklin, TN area to our modern, compassionate clinic! We strive to ensure your pets receive the very best veterinary care possible and work hard to build a relationship with each and every client. In preparation for your first visit please take a moment to print and fill out our New Client Form and please bring it with you for your visit.

Appointment Policy

Please call us or use the email appointment form on our website to schedule your pet’s appointment. For new clients, please note we need your pet’s prior medical records at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your pet’s appointment, please call us at 615-628-8664.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your pet’s protection and the protection of other pets, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

Payment Options

We require full payment at the time we render service to your pet(s). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card, cash, and pet insurance.

Pet Insurance

Pet insurance helps pet families pay for veterinary care. Pet insurance premiums are typically paid on a monthly basis and can be used to help offset some of your pet’s treatment costs. These are reimbursement plans, and they vary as to what they cover. There are many excellent pet insurance companies, including Trupanion, Nationwide and Pets Best.
