Dr. Pals is the founder of Goose Creek Pet Hospital. Dr. Pals grew up in Michigan and attended Michigan State University from 1990 to 1997, earning a BS in veterinary sciences and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). From 1998 to 2011, he practiced veterinary medicine in Muskegon and Spring Lake, Michigan.
He then went on a 2 year mission trip and taught biology and general science classes at an American International School in Kigali, Rwanda.
In the spring of 2013, he moved to middle Tennessee and in April of 2015 founded Goose Creek Pet Hospital. On his time off he loves to hike, travel, teach his daughters’ class at church, and spend time with friends and family.
Dr Walsh is co-owner, along with Dr Pals, of Goose Creek Pet Hospital. She was born and raised in Huntsville, Al. She received an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and went on to Veterinary School at Auburn University. She graduated top of her class in 2012 and completed a rotating internship in Tampa, Fl.
She enjoyed mixed animal practice and honing her skills, but after having her first child, it was time to move closer to family. Her family moved to Franklin, TN in the fall of 2017 and she began working at Goose Creek Pet Hospital shortly after. Dr Walsh enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but excels in surgery, dental care and internal medicine. She also enjoys working on exotic species, pocket pets and has a special interest in pigs! Dr Walsh recently received the Best Young Veterinarian Award for the state of Tennessee for 2021.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 boys, husband, Mark, and fur babies (Phoebe-dog and Violet-cat).
Although Dr. Clark has moved coast-to-coast since graduation, she is a Tennessee native and thrilled to be back home. She received her Bachelors and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and went on to complete an internship in Tampa, Florida. Her particular areas of interest are dermatology, internal medicine and senior care. Over the years, Dr. Clark has developed handling skills with some unique breeds and has often been referred to as a Husky "whisperer".
Dr Dobson is an associate veterinarian of Goose Creek Pet Hospital. He was born in Florida, and moved to Tennessee when he was 10 years old. Dr. Dobson lives in Spring Hill with his wife, Heather and children, Josiah, 6 and Lenora, 3. When not in the hospital he enjoys scuba diving, watching sports, and playing with his kids and dogs, Gambit and Rogue. Dr. Dobson has a bachelors of animal science and veterinary degree from the University fo Tennessee, and has been practicing in Williamson county for the past 9 years. His veterinary interests lie in preventative care, ophthalmology, and dermatology.
